Is is just me or did the format change. It prints on 2 pieces of paper now, not just one and very hard to
work with going back and forth.

  2. Kathleen Strunk says:

Is is just me or did the format change. It prints on 2 pieces of paper now, not just one and very hard to
work with going back and forth. Is anyone able to print the whole crossword and clues on one page?

    • Crossword Lover says:

Hello, yes sorry we had to undergo some changes. We have updated the latest puzzle format to print on the one page now.

  3. Mark Rebecek says:

I cannot print crossword solutions for February 1st thru the 4th.

  4. Thank you very much for updating the format for printing on a single page. All is awesome again. Cheers!

  5. PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!! bring back Timothy Parker crosswords.
The current ones are the pits.

  6. Thank you for putting it all on one page.

  7. Hello Again: I think you may have deleted my last post inquiring as to when you would start printing LA Times crossword puzzles. The current puzzles you are printing are not LA Times crossword puzzles. I really like your puzzle site and hope that you are able to continue printing LA Times crossword puzzles, If you can’t, please just tell me. Thank you for all the many many LA Times crossword puzzles that you have printed,

  8. Hey, stop complaining. This is a great puzzle. Please no LA Times. Let those who want that, get it on their own time. Thanks for putting the format back on one readable page. ALS

  9. I can’t print today’s puzzle. The page just comes up blank.
Yesterday’s puzzle showed a notice of “error” and wouldn’t print! What could be wrong?

  10. Mark Rebecek says:

    Need solutions starting 2-14.

  11. Rhonda Perlatti says:

Where are the solutions for 2/15-2/19?

  12. I’ve been cutting you some slack. If you can’t do a crossword puzzle on a particular day, fine. But my goodness, why the heck do you see fit to publish the solution to a puzzle that won’t work??? The puzzle for Monday 2/20/2017 has some kind of display error. I’ve tried it on several devices and it fails on all. But still you publish the solution. Get your act together.

    • I’m pretty sure this is a FREE service, I have never been asked to pay or donate. If something doesn’t work right or the way I think it might be better, then I’ll make a “suggestion” and let it go. If this were a paid service, I might feel differently, at least not combative.

  13. The puzzle doesn’t open….again

  14. hummm, the puzzles for Wednesday, 2/22, & Thursday 2/23/2017 are the exact same. Thursday was spelled as Tgursday…at least we know we are not receiving the puzzles from robots… 🙂 – Good Job!

  15. You guys ok? There seem to be A LOT of issues lately. I understand this is a free service… but still…

  16. Your crossword puzzle for Thursday, February 23rd is the same puzzle as Wednesdays, February 22nd. Can you fix it? Thank you.

  17. Is it just me going quietly crazy or are the feb puzzles more difficult

  18. Yooo-Hooo, Crossword Lover – (volunteers)…isn’t it about time for a new page of solutions? My alternative source and my brain does not have some of the answers. I appreciate that “you guys” are busy. I do rely on you for the wonderful work that you do, allowing me to escape from the ugliness of world news to immerse my ID in your puzzles. Still, I often need a solution (or 2 or 3 or 4) 🙂 … I do like the challenges though. Thanks a bunch!

  19. brete klumer says:

7 days behind on the solutions?
Come on, post them along with the puzzles.
2 days behind on the puzzles themselves….and thats an improvement.

Going on months like this now. Is it ever gonna be fixed?

  20. Claude Hudson says:

If it ain’t broke let’s fix it anyway? Seems to be the theme with a lot of things these days. The Crosswords on this site have been just fine. So let’s mess that up. Why not just leave things alone when they are working and folks are happy with them? I have been enjoying the “printable crosswords” on this site for almost a year now, but with all these changes, I guess I will looking for another place to get mine. Thanks….

  21. Bill Patterson says:

Beginning with March 2, the puzzles are coming out February 2. What’s going on?

  22. Hi, where are the puzzles for March? I miss them!

  23. I understand these are free puzzles but its the 7th and nothing since the 3rd. Not what I’d call a daily crossword puzzle. I give up. No puzzles, doubling of puzzles. I’ll look for a new site ty

  24. Kathy Abbott says:

I know that you are volunteers and these crossword puzzles are free however I’m not sure what happened recently. They went from being really easy to where I can barely get 2 words.

    • Lynn McHatton says:

I’m with you, Kathy…they’re much harder. Words I’ve never heard of in my 70+ years of being a teacher.

  25. bill jardine says:

    Where do i find solutions

  26. I’m so looking forward to Timothy Parker’s puzzles again, was glad to see you are working on that. There are no solutions for Feb. 26 -March 3, at least no showing up for me. And I just need to know what some of those words are that I can’t come up with. Thanks lots for providing these free printables and their solutions! A great service.

  27. I am confused. Is everyone else seeing February puzzles on the March days? I print them and then realize that I have already done this one.

  28. marijane milmoe says:

Do your puzzles get more difficult as the week goes on?Monday being easier than Tuesday? Is there any order of difficulty?Maybe said it but it didn,t go through! So whats the answer?

    • Crossword Lover says:

We offered crosswords before that people complained were to easy. So we are sorry we can’t please everyone.

  29. Love the puzzles. Still prefer the will shorts and miss them. Also I have a problem I do not understand. When I print the puzzle the top portion of each clue is cut off. Usually can decipher it. Doubling as a puzzle in a puzzle!

  30. Love the puzzles! Trying to get todays,March 25, and it keeps saying access
    denied.

  31. Is it just me, or is anyone else having it print out cutting off the tops of letters. Nice that it prints on one page now, but the top parts of tall letters gets cut off. The date in the upper right corner is almost cut in half. I can usually figure out what the clue is but not always. Can’t find any printer function to reduce the font size. Just me? Or anybody else, too?

    • Kate, you might try printing at 90%…you should be able op see if that works or decrease it a little more. Anna

      • No, none of the print options makes any difference. Even if I go all the way down to 50% it still comes out exactly the same way… tops of letters cut off…t’s, l’s. k’s, d’s and b’s, etc, any “tall” letter, and all capital letters. Can’t tell if a letter is an i with with the dot cut off or an l with the top cut off. Lower case f’s and t’s look exactly the same. Lower case h’s look like n’s. Tops of the clue numbers are cut off too. I see this in Excel…the font is too big for the space it is given. Sometimes it looks OK on the screen, but the printing just doesn’t work.

      • Nope, that doesn’t work, it just shrinks the whole thing by 10% and the tops are still cut off, its just 10% smaller. None of the settings I’ve tried fixes the problem. It’s like the font is to big for the line spacing.

  32. In all honesty! and as politely as possible!
    Good morning y’all!!!
“The Old Gray Mare, she ain’t what she used to be”!!!
Sure there’s no up front charges for the puzzles, But that’s no excuse for the bottom half of the last line of the puzzle grid not to print! Simple fix!!!! on you end anyway!!! The page margins on your end need to be changed so as to be able to facilitate the puzzles not coming out buggered up on the other end.
None of us can on our end change the page margins on your end and changing them on this end does no good the problem still is the same.
I brought this up to you months ago!
I’m not blind so I don’t waste time printing a weeks [when they used to be available] worth of puzzles at a time, two on each side of the 8.5×11″ paper in the landscape format. In that manner I could get 4 per sheet of paper and one NYT puzzle making it 8 puzzles to a sheet of paper affording me and whomever enough puzzles to keep myself entertained during a typical VA appointment visit without having to get all dirty with a news paper and wasting a buck or so as the majority of the paper is useless drivel and one can do any of these [save for the Friday & Sunday] puzzles in between 7 and 15 minutes.
I’m not complaining about the puzzles themselves,
My only concern is that you fix the page margins on your end if you would be so kind as to address that issue!
Otherwise it would seem that you kids are friendly and personable enough!
    Graciously,
    don

    • Deborah Chapman says:

I agree with you Don, on your very humorous account of the puzzle’s mechanical issues, but feel so inadequate when you mention completion in 7-15 mins. Maybe it’s easy to lose track of time in the waiting room?

  33. Noma Abare says:

I don’t mind the crossword puzzles being more challenging. But I would like solutions to the puzzles esp. February 26 through til the end of the month. Thank you for doing them for us puzzle lovers.

  34. joe locascio says:

Thank you for puzzles, they make my day.why arent there answers for every puzzle, for example march 4,2017.thanks again

  35. Just about to give up on this puzzle site. The tops of every clue continue to be cut off beyond being readable. No fun anymore. Besides I so miss the Timothy Parker puzzles that were fun and entertaining in a light hearted way. The new ones are not only more difficult, they are just not fun.

    • Crossword Lover says:

Sorry to hear. Have you tried our new April crosswords? I noticed this as your posting this comment in February. Timothy Parker puzzle are too expensive for us to purchase to provide for free.

  36. It is June 29/17 at noon and I still do not see a puzzle for the 27th or 28th

  37. Still no solution for Feb 13???? Just an unlucky day, or what?
