I have been using your puzzles for several years. I frequently have issues with how the puzzles print.
I do not change the settings on my printer and suddenly the left side and bottom of the puzzle grid get cut off. This month started off well and then yesterday and today’s puzzles were cut off. April 5th and 6th exhibit the issue.

Have tried several times to contact your group without success

Hello, have you tried removing printer margins from a PDF?

To remove printer margins from a PDF, enable “Borderless Printing” in your printer’s properties/preferences dialog, usually found under “Advanced” or “Paper Quality”. Set the scaling to “Actual Size” or set custom scaling to 100% or slightly higher to ensure the content fills the page edges.
