Come on…..”Daily Crosswords is a misnomer. Should be advertised as whenever we feel like posting a few. I enjoy the puzzles, but you need to get some competent volunteers. Do it right or don’t do it all all. Other sites provide 6 per day. 3 hard and 3 easy ones. Again I don’t want to be unkind, but you have a nice following here, don’t blow it.

Hi, I see a lot of posts about the postings not being “daily”. I know that waiting is hard. However, it is my understanding that this is a volunteer run project so maybe we all can practice a little patience and thank those folks who work…for FREE to bring us these great puzzles. Thanks everyone who helps provide these FREE crossword offerings. 🙂 The wait is ALWAYS worth it.

The today’s puzzle which should be Aug 24th is the puzzle from Aug. 15th
I’m so tired of reading the snarky responses on this page. These are THE best puzzles. I find when they aren’t available for a few days that when I print them I can stretch them out…maybe try that and stop griping. That we have these at all is a good thing…don’t push it …we don’t want the puzzle to be taken away totally. Patience.
The Negative comments upset me! Give people free, printable, good crossword puzzles and some will find fault with something!
I enjoy each and every one! I am 83, still drive, live alone, and wish y’all were my grand or great- grand children!

These puzzles are great and I truly appreciate the effort it takes to get them published. When they are “behind” I just go back a couple of years and print some out. NO BIG DEAL. These are free. I just can’t understand the mentality that complains when they are not “up to date”.
